Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Operations / Back Office position. The role involves overseeing day-to-day financial operations, and ensuring efficient and effective processes. Responsibilities include keeping systems up-to-date with client information, setting up accounts, and carrying out basic financial transactions. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills to collaborate with the team and clients. Will assist other team members to provide optimal performance for clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and practices
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of Pershing platform a plus
