If you are a self-motivated individual with great work ethic and the personality to help with customer satisfaction, then we would love to meet youResponsibilities include:May mix cement, using hoe or concrete mixing machineAssists the various craftsmen in the performance of their work within a particular construction work area and in accordance with generally accepted standards of the craftSupervises workers assigned to area of responsibility to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications and meets quality standardsActs as the competent person on the job by identifying existing and predicable hazards which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous to employees and halting any operation or removes employees from environments that may be dangerous.Load, transport, unload, and furnish experienced craft worker with materials, tools, equipment, and suppliesClean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessaryRigging of mobile and stationery scaffolding on structures in accordance with corporate guidelinesMay assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and workpieces during installationMay remove rough or defective spots from concrete using grinder, hammer, and/or chisel. May patch holesSupervises & coordinates the activities of assigned workers, establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedules, and communicates progress to superintendentEnsures that workers know and understand the company's safety policiesMaintains liaison with customer's representative and advises superintendent and/or project manager of potential problems.
