Position Summary

While reporting to the Director of Recruitment and NextGen Initiatives, the administrative assistant will perform routine duties, assignments, projects, and communication for the department and its team members. The administrator will support the program logistics across the various department programs.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain print distribution and swag items for giveaways, career fairs, and Instagram take-overs
  • Carry out the logistics of Fellows, Interns, Apprentice and recruitment events, housing, course registrations, group registrations, internal and external communication
  • Maintain relevant information and documents related to the programs, including files in Google Drive, applicant records, welcome resources, promotional materials, etc.
  • Execute virtual recruitment tasks for the department including: Handshake interest follow up and developing university, career center, and discipleship ministries* relationships
  • Maintain tracking of potential Interns, Apprentices, and Fellows candidates
  • Email potential candidates to generate interest and encourage applications
  • Track applicant sourcing patterns
  • Coordinate cards from Fellows department to current and past Fellows for special events and occasions

  • Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce
  • Ability to organize, direct, and prioritize work with expert attention to detail
  • Be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
