We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.The role:We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to design and implement solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex business challenges.The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader, capable of architecting scalable, secure AI solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into deployable AI systems.Core responsibilities:Strategy & Planning:Develop AI/ML strategy and roadmap aligned with business goalsEvaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and platformsDesign scalable AI architecture solutionsCreate technical specifications and implementation plansAssess feasibility of AI projects and provide recommendationsTechnical Leadership:Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutionsEstablish best practices for AI development and deploymentProvide technical guidance to data scientists and engineersEnsure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirementsOversee integration of AI systems with existing infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, or hybrid) for efficient AI/ML deploymentsOptimize solutions for total cost of ownership (TCO) by balancing performance, scalability, and costProject Management:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirementsManage AI project lifecycle from conception to deploymentIdentify and mitigate technical risksCoordinate with cross-functional teamsQualifications:Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience.Additional certifications in AI/ML technologies are preferredExperience:8+ years of experience in software development5+ years of experience in AI/ML implementationProven track record of successful AI solution deliveryExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Technical Skills:Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java)Deep understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)Knowledge of data structures and algorithms Experience with big data technologiesFamiliarity with DevOps and MLOps practicesSoft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingProject management capabilitiesAbility to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholdersEffectively delegates tasks and escalates to system owners when neededThe estimated salary range for this position is $86,700 - $156,100 USD Annual plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
