Responsibilities:


* Direct all phases of building automation projects, from design through completion, to deliver on time and within budget.

* Work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to refine project details and expectations.

* Lead project teams, including internal technicians and external contractors, ensuring seamless installations.

* Hold regular project update meetings to keep all parties informed and on track.

* Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained for each project stage, from contracts to final reports.

* Swiftly address and resolve any technical challenges to maintain project continuity and standards.

* Keep updated with the latest industry technologies and compliance regulations.


Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

* Over 5 years of experience in project management within the building automation or similar sector, with a track record of successful project execution.

* Deep technical expertise in building automation systems, especially HVAC controls.

* Skilled in using project management tools like Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and client relationships effectively.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.

* PMP certification or similar credential is preferred.
