Senior Staff Analyst - Project ControlsApplications will be accepted from all persons interested. This position is located within the Infrastructure Division, Project Controls, and is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the cost estimates and schedules for infrastructure projects. The role is key in ensuring the on-time, on-budget completion of projects that address critical airport infrastructure assets. These projects improve safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and are vital to the continued operation of the airports as they impact the traveling public and stakeholders. The Sr. Staff Analyst will use data analytics and project management software to develop recommendations for improvement.Responsibilities include investigating and making recommendations for addressing issues of medium to high complexity and/or sensitivity, compiling data and interpreting results through conclusion or recommendation formulation, completing special projects, representing supervisor at meetings and functions, handling highly confidential information, participating in the development of management and administrative policies, and negotiating solutions for problems of medium to high complexity.Working conditions are physically comfortable with a normal office environment. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field, and five years of professional administrative, financial or analytical experience. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in project management software and eligible veteran applicants.The selection process will involve application review and/or interview, and the department may administer a skills assessment test.
