Business Paralegal – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Business Paralegal with at least 4 years of experience handling White Collar Litigation matters. The ideal Candidate be knowledgeable in the business legal field and be analytical and strategic and have experience with Qui Tam, White-Collar Litigation Commercial, Employment law. The candidate will be responsible for legal research, case management, legal writing and development primarily supporting attorneys and the legal team. This candidate will also collect and organize documents, create case chronologies and information from various sources at the firm.


Responsibilities

  • Review and draft routine legal documents and conduct legal research
  • Maintain case files and create case chronologies
  • Assist and meet with attorneys and legal team to discuss business litigation matters
  • Facilitate organization strategies to meet attorney deadlines efficiently
  • Participate in fact investigation and implement litigation assistance as needed
  • Adhere to state and federal compliance regulations/laws while maintaining the proper storage and confidentiality of client information


Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Paralegal (White-Collar & Qui Tam)
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
  • Experience in Commercial and Employment law
  • Excellent Written, Oral, and Strategic skills and must be an effective communicator
  • Exponential Collaboration efforts and skills with a legal team
  • Knowledge of standard MS Office Suite and Research Search Engines


Benefits

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $65,000 to $90,000.00 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
