Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise and passion for travel to assist clients in planning their dream vacations honeymoons business trips and more.

  • Research and recommend destinations accommodation transportation options and activities tailored to each clients preferences and budget.

  • Communicate with clients via phone email or online chat to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations and itineraries.

  • Coordinate bookings reservations and logistics with travel partners ensuring a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.

  • Stay uptodate on travel trends deals and promotions to offer clients the best possible options and maximize commission earnings.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support before during and after each trip addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of popular destinations cultures and attractions.

  • 18 Years of age

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.

  • Proficiency in using online booking platforms and travel agency software.

  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup with laptop or computer conducive to remote work.
