What you’ll do:

  • Conduct technical & non-technical recruiting for a variety of roles to support the rapid growth of the company, including proactive headhunting of top talent.
  • Manage and enhance intern programs, providing valuable learning opportunities and fostering talent pipelines.
  • Handle general HR tasks, contributing to employee relations and organizational development.
  • Implement process improvements in recruitment strategies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top-tier candidates and build a strong employer presence in the market.
  • Engage in strategic headhunting initiatives to identify and attract passive candidates who are industry leaders.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting and headhunting, with a strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
  • Experience managing internship programs and engaging with early-career professionals.
  • Solid background in HR practices and employee management.
  • Demonstrated ability in process optimization and recruitment operations enhancement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective brand advocacy and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to discreetly and effectively approach and persuade high-caliber candidates.
