We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aeronautical Engineer to join our team. As an Aeronautical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing aircraft and aerospace systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers to ensure the safety, efficiency, and performance of our aircraft.

Entry Project Engineer Job Description:

Create and manage industrial level schedules

Provide schedules as part of engineering gate reviews

Revise scheduling and planning as needed to accommodate program changes

Regularly attend meetings with IPT and CIPT leads to provide status

Drive deliverables towards completion to ensure on-time delivery

Facilitate the ordering of hardware for various engine builds or tests

Faciliate the shipping of hardware for various engine builds or tests

Own export shipment plan and execution including all export paperwork

Work closely with vendors to monitor hardware creation

Complete class I and class II engineering changes

Execute Teamcenter workflow for engineering changes

Track the completion of action items and work with IPT leads and designers to submit completed action items

Experience working in a Project Engineering capacity for Pratt & Whitney (direct or indirect) is strongly preferred

Experienced Project Engineer (SME Preferred) Job Description:

Must have 8 or more years of relevant project management experience.

Must have 5 or more years of leadership experience.

Must have experience in leading or performing discipline health reviews

Provide schedules as part of aerospace engineering gate reviews.

Revise scheduling and planning as needed to accommodate program changes.

Regularly attend meetings with IPT and CIPT leads to provide status.

Drive deliverables towards completion to ensure on-time delivery.

Track the completion of action items and work with IPT leads and designers to submit completed action items.

Participate, lead, or organize multi-disciplinary meetings and discussions (Design, Structures, Project, QN.)

Identify training needs for onboarded and existing Cyient associates.

Develop training materials and conduct associate training.

Provide mentoring and coaching to associates and leadership team.

Conduct weekly meetings with Team Leads and provide updates the leadership team.

Work with Team Leads to identify gaps and opportunities to develop associates.

Provide back-up for leadership team on an as needed basis.

  • Experience working in a Project Engineering capacity for Pratt & Whitney (direct or indirect) is strongly preferred
  • US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
