ServiceNow Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Operations team supporting enterprise-wide ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Evendale, OH (On-site) What's the Job? Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, including routine changes and configuration adjustments Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform upgrades, patching, and system updates across different instances Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and operational administrative tasks as needed What's Needed? At least three years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and diagnose performance-related problems Experience working in Agile environments What's in it for me?
