What You'll Be Doing: Lead and guide complex services engagements to successful completion using industry best practices in project management. Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables in alignment with customer goals. Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed project plans, resource allocations, and timelines across multiple workstreams. Serve as the central point of collaboration between customers, account management, and services delivery teams. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, escalating issues and providing resolution strategies as needed. Provide technical and strategic guidance on advanced engineering solution project planning. Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of PMO standards and processes. Organize and manage multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction. Help drive continuous improvement in project execution and customer engagement standards. What You'll Need: BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an engineering software environment (BS+5, MS+3, or PhD+2). Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple workstreams in technical domains. Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and time management skills. Advanced competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies for project management. Knowledge of Ansys, CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM software packages is highly desirable. Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
