We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking prospecting and cold calling

Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our products and services to potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Stay uptodate on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients

Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate records

Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote the companys products and services. Qualify prospects thoroughly.

Continually attend and complete training on a regular basis.

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales preferably in a B2B environment

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
