While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.We Take Care of Our Team* Typically requires a Bachelors Degree* Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree* Requires specialized knowledge of own field and deep experience integrating related field knowledge into work* Leads department or cross-functional programs of notable risk, resource requirements and/or complexity* Uses sophisticated analytical thought to solve highly complex problems and identify innovate solutions* Serves as a guide for others in area of expertise* Acts as an advisor to management and key external stakeholders on broad ranging projects* Uses experience to contribute to standards in which others will operateWhat You Drive at DTFS:Submit monthly financial results to Headquarters including preparing and submitting secondary disclosure supporting actuals in accordance with IFRS and Group accounting policies. Respond to questions from HQ on submitted data. Responsible for administration of MIF (internal reporting tool) as well as accounting structure within SAP in support of monthly financial submissions.Produce monthly commentary analyzing the financial results of the various group segments and entities. Prepare quarterly financial reporting commentary presentation and present to management and external auditorsPerform IFRS accounting research activities for DTFS Americas and analyze impacts of new accounting standards and reporting requirements. Specific responsibilities include coordinating discussions, as well as preparing documentation supporting accounting positions of the Company and financial reporting implications of on-going and proposed business activitiesPrepare regulatory filings and support compliance activities including control testing for Internal Control compliance and supporting audits from regulatory agencies.Perform monthly close activities including internal/external debt journal entries, intercompany confirmations, hedging activity, account analysis, balance sheet account reconciliations and internal reports.Knowledge You Should Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance5-7 years of relevant experienceProficient in AccountingGeneral Audit experienceFinancial statement analytics & researchAbility to function independentlyStrong attention to detailAbility to plan & organizeLooks for efficiencies/automationTeamwork & collaborationComfortable speaking with all levels of managementExceptional Candidates Might Have:CPA strongly preferredKnowledge of IFRSStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong knowledge SAPWhere We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-Charlotte, NC US, Fort Mill, SC US.
