This is a contract part time position. The Payroll and Human Resources Administrator will support all administrative duties and corporate initiatives. There will be a variety of HR activities and programs involving benefits, staffing, training, payroll working with PEO TriNet.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in processing the organization's payroll and collect payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records
  • Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
  • Prompt data entry for all employee information into software for payroll and deduction purposes
  • Leave of absence requests
  • Workers comp claims


Qualifications


  • 1+ years of payroll experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of TriNet PEO
  • Knowledge of HRIS and California Labor Laws
  • Successful track record in various withholdings, processing liens, and garnishments
  • Must have experience working with an HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets



This a contract role - Anticipate needing this individual for between 60-120 days, possibly longer but that isn’t known at this point.
