Job Summary:

CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is tasked with delivering exceptional care to residents, supporting medical staff, and addressing various resident needs. Duties encompass assisting with bathing, maintaining hygiene, feeding, administering medication, and assessing vital signs. The caregiver collaborates with the neighborhood/house team, prioritizing resident and family preferences to fulfill the needs and desires of all residents.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Active CNA license in the state of Kansas
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of a state approved program for nursing assistants; valid CNA license required.
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Plan of Care or assignment (e.g. ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Understands the objectives to both quality of care and quality of life
  • BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
  • Recent PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Spanish bi-lingual capabilities are a plus

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage positively with individuals of all ages, including co-workers, residents, family members, governmental agencies/personnel, and the public. Ability to make independent decisions when necessary. Strong communication skills are essential. Key attributes for the role include patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm in delivering high-quality direct caregiving to residents, focusing on enhancing their overall experience
  • Required to maintain attention to detail while simultaneously handling multiple tasks for extended periods of 8 hours or more, with frequent interruptions anticipated
  • Recognize the potential for falls, burns from equipment, and cuts from knives throughout the workday. Prioritizes performing duties safely and adheres to a cleaning schedule
  • Adhere to standard precautions, infection control, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Required fluency in English both verbal and written, including clear and distinct communication. While being bilingual is advantageous, it is not mandatory
  • Required to learn and adhere to procedures within the established timeline. Additionally, must learn new duties and procedures, integrating them into work habits within specified timelines
  • Capable of lifting and carrying weights up to 50 pounds. Able to endure extreme temperatures, both hot and cold
  • Other duties as assigned
