Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor (Night Shift)This is a Service Contract (SCA) position. Amentum is excited to offer a Site Supervisor (night shift) position within our National Security Intelligence Group. Our team is looking for charismatic leaders with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position managing on-site shift operations for security monitor services. The Site Supervisor will work a flexible schedule providing coverage to ensure oversight throughout shift operations on the night shift. Availability for occasional weekend hours is required.The Site Supervisor:Will lead by example and enforce compliance with customer and company work standards, policies and proceduresWill support security requirements and fill in as Site Supervisor as neededWill act as the on-site managerial authority of their site and make real time performance and operational decisionsWill serve as the point of contact for callouts and questions for their assigned siteEstablishes effective relationships and communications, both internally and externally, with persons of all backgrounds and organizational levelsAccepts responsibility for his/her own performance and demonstrates the capability to assist other team members in reaching success within the organizationContributes to building a positive team environmentMentors, coaches and trains new members of the team to meet or exceed program standardsTracks timesheets, facilitates clock in/out of employees and monitors attendance of assigned personnelPrepares accurate, detailed, and timely reportsEnforces workplace security policies, procedures, and uniform standardsExecutes guard mount briefings with clarity and command of the subject matterPossesses and demonstrates a positive approach toward achieving outstanding customer satisfactionConstantly seeks ways to improve and promote quality with existing and/or future innovationsDisplays ability and willingness to make decisions and offer guidance in real timeExhibits sound and accurate judgmentFocuses on resolving conflict, providing performance feedback, recommending and executing corrective actionReports in real time to assigned Area ManagerRequired Experience:Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret ClearanceMust possess High School diploma or equivalentAbility to walk and stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day, for prolonged periods of two or more hours at a timePossess the visual acuity to observe the activities of other individuals from a moderate distanceMust successfully complete DCJS training within 90 days of hireMust possess excellent customer service skillsMust possess excellent oral and written communications skillsMust have scheduling experience, or other demonstrated experience coordinating employee resources to meet customer coverage requirementsMust be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and web-based toolsMust have 6 months of experience providing security to individuals or facilitiesPreferred Experience:Experience managing off-site locations preferredExperience managing individuals preferredThis position includes a competitive benefits package.
