Hybrid Therapies Sales ManagerAtriCure, Inc. provides innovative technologies for the treatment of Afib and related conditions. Electrophysiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons around the globe use AtriCure technologies for the treatment of Afib and reduction of Afib related complications. AtriCure's Isolator Synergy Ablation System is the first medical device to receive FDA approval for the treatment of persistent Afib. AtriCure's AtriClip Left Atrial Appendage Exclusion System products are the most widely sold LAA management devices worldwide. AtriCure's Hybrid AF Therapy is a minimally invasive procedure that provides a lasting solution for long-standing persistent Afib patients. AtriCure's cryoICE cryoSPHERE probe is cleared for temporary ablation of peripheral nerves to block pain, providing pain relief in cardiac and thoracic procedures. We offer supporting programs and resources that provide enriching and equitable opportunities for each person to contribute professionally and personally.The Hybrid Therapies Sales Manager is responsible for the adoption and program development of AtriCure's Hybrid Therapies procedures and left atrial appendage technologies used in cardiac surgical procedures. Key areas of focus include internal and external cross teams collaborating plus prospecting, qualifying, and closing direct business sales in the cardiothoracic operating room, EP Lab, and related departments within the hospitals. Responsibilities include:Develop, implement and execute a strategic sales plan for designated territory to achieve assigned targetsSchedule and meet with top hospital administration to present tools and initiatives highlighting AtriCure products, and clinical approachesPromote, establish and support Centers of Excellence for appropriate hospital facilitiesCollaborate with sales leadership and the cardiac surgery franchise sales teams to cross-functionally coordinate activities and targeting and to implement and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales goalsContinually identify new customers, contacts and opportunitiesWork with marketing to share industry news and trends and receive feedback of the sameAttend industry trade shows and events as neededManage your territory and track customer activityWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac surgical ablation systems highly preferredElectrophysiology (EP) experience is highly preferredMust have successful track record with sales quota achievementMust have strong clinical and technical aptitudeAbility to travel approximately 25% or more depending on territoryAbility to pass account and hospital credentialing processesWhat We Offer in Return:Competitive salary plus monthly bonus/commissionCar allowance, gas and cell phone reimbursement, expense accountHealth care (medical, dental, vision, health savings account) and wellness programs401K retirement savings plus matchVolunteer Time Off (VTO): We encourage your community and philanthropic involvementExtended Parental LeaveDiscounted Employee Stock Purchase Program
