Job Description:

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting administrative tasks and seeking ways to enhance individual work processes within established procedures. You will perform routine administrative support duties and regularly receive guidance from your supervisor. In this role, you will also interact with client personnel to provide basic information and support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of administrative support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
