Play Pickleball Club is a vibrant indoor pickleball facility dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for players of all levels. With top-notch courts and a welcoming atmosphere, we are more than just a place to playwere a community.

As a Front Desk Associate, youll be the face of Play Pickleball Club, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest. This role includes managing court reservations, assisting players, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and serving draft beer to our members (must be 21+).

• Customer Service: Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and assist with memberships, reservations, and equipment rentals.
• Facility Management: Keep the lobby and courts clean and organized, sanitize rental equipment, and restock supplies as needed.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle player disputes or concerns with professionalism and tact, escalating issues to management if necessary.
• Point of Sale: Process payments for court rentals, merchandise, and concessions.
• Draft Beer Service: Serve draft beer responsibly and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Event Support: Assist with tournaments, clinics, and special events as required.

• Age Requirement: Must be 21+ (required for serving alcohol).
• Customer Focused: A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Multitasker: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Willingness to pitch in wherever needed, including cleaning duties.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Pay will be $15/hr, maximum of 40 hrs per week as we will not want to pay overtime.
