Adobe Campaign Administrator Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Development Deep expertise in schema design, technical workflows, and advanced campaign orchestration. • Scripting & Automation Proficiency in JavaScript, and SOAP/REST APIs for workflow automation and data integrations. • Instance Configuration & Performance Tuning Ability to optimize Adobe Campaign instances, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement best practices. • Deep expertise in delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic. • Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM platforms like Salesforce. • Strong knowledge of campaign automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation. • Hands-on experience/knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization. • Troubleshoot campaign execution issues, deliverability problems, and workflow errors. • Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. • Work with data teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). • Database & SQL knowledge for query optimization and data management. • 8+ years of hands-on development experience in ACC. Roles & Responsibilities • Platform Administration o Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign environments (Classic/Standard). o Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. o Monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot technical issues. • Campaign Support o Assist marketing teams in setting up workflows, deliveries, and targeting logic. o Ensure proper integration with CRM, data sources, and APIs. • Data Management o Oversee data imports/exports, schema updates, and audience segmentation. o Maintain data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). • Technical Maintenance o Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure version compatibility. o Monitor logs and resolve errors related to workflows and deliveries. • Reporting & Optimization o Generate performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements. o Collaborate with analytics teams for tracking and attribution. • Do cumentation & Training o Create SOPs for platform usage and train internal teams. o Document system configurations and changes. Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year #LI-NR3
