Akkodis is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and providing support to various stakeholders.


PAY RATE: $20.00 - $25.00 per HR


Responsibilities:

  • Review and process warranty claims, conducting technical analysis to ensure compliance with Warranty Policies & Procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to Dealers, field staff, and corporate employees via phone and email support.
  • Verify warranty data accuracy and completeness, and ensure timely submission, review, and payment of claims.
  • Offer clarification on Warranty coverage, eligibility, and policy, and provide instructions for proper claim coding and processing.
  • Adjust and approve claims for payment, and ensure proper implementation through the Warranty Audit Trail.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAGA system to facilitate smooth and accurate claim processing, minimizing rejections.
  • Review and address claims that fail SAGA edits, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in warranty claims processing or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with warranty management systems.
