THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking to hire a Workplace Coordinator for ODDITY LABS.
- Work with ODDITY LABS leadership on human resources and hiring related projects.
- Help onboard team members.
- Coordinate external visits to the office.
- Coordinate and manage equipment of team members with appropriate technological resources.
- Coordinate vendor and service provider management.
- Collaborate extensively with lab manager to ensure consistency of standards across wet lab and dry lab environments.
- Plan and execute internal team social activities.
- Manage the supplies, inventory, and culture of office.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working culture.
- Stay apprised of changes in regulatory requirements and guidance across relevant projects, etc.
- This is a high-exposure, high-impact role.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This position is hiring for an immediate start.
- This position will consider and sponsor candidates on a visa (OPT, STEM OPT, H1B).
- This position is in-office in our Cambridge, MA office.
- The (all-in) salary for this role is anticipated to be within the range $50K-$70K but will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant.
