Position Summary: The Global CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health and driving the financial strategy of our global organization. This role requires a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience managing complex, multinational organizations and leading M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies.
- Drive financial performance and ensure the company's financial practices align with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Financial Operations Management:
- Oversee global financial operations, including accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and internal audit functions.
- Ensure robust financial controls, systems, and procedures are in place to safeguard company assets.
- Lead and mentor a global finance team of over 50 professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration processes for potential acquisitions.
- Manage post-merger integration to ensure seamless transition and realization of anticipated synergies.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Act as a key spokesperson for financial matters with external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication of financial information and business performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO role.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multinational organizations.
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the aesthetics, healthcare, or related industry is a plus.
