ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • The role involves working on developing the next generation of an advanced AI chip. The candidate will be part of a team that emphasizes AI chip development and face-to-face collaboration to solve technical issues innovatively.
  • This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hardware design verification, particularly with extensive experience in UVM and block-level verification. The hybrid working model provides a balance of remote work and face-to-face collaboration, essential for effective problem-solving in advanced AI chip development.


TEAM PURPOSE:

  • Developing next-generation AI chip technology
  • Collaborating closely to resolve technical challenges and improve processes.


DAILY TASKS AND OPERATING RHYTHM:

  • Meetings: Approximately 2 hours of meetings daily, including bi-weekly one-on-one meetings (25%)
  • Technical Work: 75% focused on technical tasks related to hardware design verification.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience Required: 10+ years.
  • Degrees/Certifications: Not strictly required, but significant experience in hardware design verification is crucial.
  • Disqualifiers: Lack of experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology)
  • Preferred Experience: Extensive block-level verification work


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with UPM (Unrelated Parallel Machine) model Principles to improve the scheduling of verification tasks.
  • 10+ years of experience with a system parallel language (likely referring to a specific verification language or methodology)
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware design verification using UVM library.
