Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking an Asset Management Operations Specialist to join their Wayne, PA team on a contract to hire basis. Hybrid work environment; local candidates only.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting life cycle management for various programs for early/end of lease quoting
  • Adhering to program SLA agreements
  • Providing responses related to quotes inquiries
  • Overseeing team inbox and ensuring timely requests distribution
  • Performing unapplied cash reconciliation
  • Processing check applications and submitting requests for refund
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Assisting with departmental correspondence, including sending cancellation rejection letters, distribution of contract and vendor information, and opening mail
  • Answering phone queue overflow calls
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years equipment leasing environment experience
  • Word and Excel proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail


Additional Details:

Compensation: $28.00/hr

Employment type: six month contract to hire

Salary range $28/ HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
