Position Summary

This position will drive customer satisfaction through good service, opportune use of innovative technology, understanding customer needs and good communication at all levels. In addition to customer satisfaction, the position will be responsible for generating and growing acceptable levels of profit. This position would provide an excellent platform for career growth for the right person.

The main responsibilities of the Technical & Sales Support Engineer will be to:

·      Maintain close contact with existing customers and distributors.

·      Identify, develop, support and expand relationships with customers and distributors.

·      Present the Company´s products and technology to customers and distributors 

·      Maintain accurate records of customers and distributors interaction.

·      Provide timely responses to technical and commercial requests.

·      Negotiate prices, delivery, etc. with management.

·      Perform related sales tasks or special projects

·      Travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationaly.

·      Have the ability to manage multiple projects

The requirements of the Technical & Sales Support Engineer are:

·      Bachelor’ s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. An equivalent degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience will be considered.

·      General good understanding of business and economics.

·      World-class written and verbal communication skills.

·      Good computer skills

·      Experience of working in a global organization and a good knowledge of spanish would be an advantage.
