This position will be responsible for fulfilling hardware requests related to broken hardware within facilities. This fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. This position will also be responsible for detailed inventory management and warranty processing. This role requires a high attention to detail as well as a general understanding or desire to learn the intricacies of the hardware that HQ Depot supports. The role may work directly with store contacts in order to understand impact to the end user, so ability to clearly communicate – both verbal and written – and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential. The HQ Depot is an on-site service located in Brooklyn Park, MN. It is responsible for the support of Tech hardware located in our retail Stores, Distribution Centers, and Headquarter locations. Time will be spent:


This role must be flexible enough to provide whatever services are needed in any given day. The below is an example of how time could be spent:

  • 60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware)
  • 25% inventory tracking and reconciliation
  • 15% configuration/application of firmware


Top Must haves

1. Detail oriented and ability to provide systematic reporting

2. Experience working with inventory systems – and the detailed data required to accurately leverage those systems

3. Excellent communication –both written and verbal – as well as relationship building skills.

4. Positive attitude and ability/comfort working in ambiguity with little oversight. Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.

5. Interest in learning more about new and evolving technologies

6. Ability to lift/move pallets and packages of 25 lbs+
