As a key member of their payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for their clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge of payroll processes, attention to detail and the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios. This position comes with the opportunity to work with a talented team in a professional and collaborative environment, as well as career development and advancement opportunities.Senior Payroll Specialist ResponsibilitiesProcess multi-state payroll for a diverse client base accurately and on timeHandle payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptlyEnsure compliance with federal, state and local payroll tax regulationsPrepare and analyze payroll reports for management reviewCollaborate with HR and accounting teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencyStay updated on payroll best practices and regulatory changesSenior Payroll Specialist Requirements5+ years of experience in payroll processingProficiency in payroll software (ADP, Workday, etc.) and MS Office, particularly ExcelStrong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with integrityIf you are a dedicated payroll professional with the skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
