Unit Secretary Clerks are responsible for the following: middot; Provides support to the nurse manager with reports, data, and special assignments. middot; Transcribes physician orders for medications, diets, treatments, etc. middot; Runs errands as directed/necessary Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Unit Secretary Clerk will perform various clerical responsibilities on nursing units including preparing, compiling, and maintaining patient records.
