Job Title: Associate Integration/Test Engineer (Palm Bay, FL)Job

Description :L3Harris is searching for talented Integration & test engineers to support subsystem and system level testing. This I&T engineer is responsible for the development of test plans & procedures, test scripts and various documentation for First Article Qualification Tests and Factory Acceptance Tests. In this role, you will be a key part of the engineering team, conducting integration and test activities. You will also be collaborating with other engineering disciplines, program management, quality assurance and product leads.

Understand System Requirements Documents, Interface Control Documents and Software Requirements SpecificationsHave knowledge/experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, support equipment, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environmentSupport the set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple system platformsSupport design, development, and implementation of cost-effective procedures for testing and troubleshooting of components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and systemsGenerate of test documentation such as test set design review packages (PDR, CDR, MRR), test procedures, work instructions, and test reports.Build, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate new and existing servers to provide service enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure upgrades.Execute MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STF-461G EMI/EMC qualification testing.Lead and conduct software integration and testsProcure required equipment to support system build and create supporting documentation to include drawing tree, parts list, and interconnect diagramsDesign, build, operation, and maintenance of test sets and test equipment.Support the development, allocation, verification of requirements at all levels of the programTo debug, analyze and verify products meet functional and performance requirements

Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldPreferred

Skills:Electronics testing background – knowledge of test process flow and executionMIL-STD-810 test experienceFirst Article Qualification testingFamiliarity with electronic test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzer)Ability to automate test procedures and data analysis activitiesKnowledge of data center infrastructure design: power requirements, rack build-out, and coolingExperience with various communications / network equipment tests.Ability to automate test procedures and data analysis activitiesEngineering principles, especially verification/validation.Self-motivated individual able to work independently with minimal supervisionDirect experience interfacing with customer personnel and leadershipDemonstrated ability and desire to learn from self-training as well as via transfer of experience and techniqueDemonstrated humble, leadership in small, diverse team, fast paced environmentStrong communication ability: verbal and written using MS Word and PowerPointExperience communicating and presenting complex technical issues to various audiences (technical counterparts, program management, customer leadership, etc.)Strong ability to develop and manipulate MS ExcelProficient use of LabView and/or MATLAB for analysis and scriptingPlease be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
