They are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their diverse customer base, and their success is built on the expertise and commitment of their team. This is an onsite role in Oakbrook, Illinois.Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:Process high-volume payroll for US employees, including California, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulationsUtilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems for efficient and effective payroll processingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely mannerStay current on payroll legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to the teamPayroll Specialist Qualifications:5+ years of proven experience in payroll processingExpertise in high-volume payroll operationsProficient in ADP WFN or UKG payroll systemsStrong knowledge of local payroll regulationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environmentIf you are an experienced payroll professional looking to join a dynamic global company, we would love to hear from youThank you, Lauren Just Senior Project Manager LaSalle Network
