Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will report to the Director of Marketing and play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our mortgage products and services. We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with SEO to develop content strategy, elevating organic search ranking and owning written content production.
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Manage content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and optimized content across various channels including but not limited to blog posts, website, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, brand, and sales to ensure content is compliant and aligned with overall marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the response to, and escalation of, online reviews across channels.
- Analyze online reputation data, including sentiment analysis, brand awareness, and competitor benchmarking. Generate regular reports that inform strategic decision-making.
- In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, develop and lead ORM strategy: Craft a data-driven online reputation management strategy, aligning it with broader marketing and business objectives.
Assist Director of Marketing with implementing the rollout of proprietary programs, with the planning and execution of trade show participation, and managing email campaigns and automation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing communications or a similar role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with web content and WordPress.
Salesforce experience a plus.
Experience in the mortgage industry a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and projects.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
