SoLAcc commits to providing skills and knowledge through a dynamic learning environment where students realize their potential, compete in today's global economy and perpetuate to solve the complex problems of tomorrow.Minimum QualificationsSix months of experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work.Job SpecificationThe official job specifications for this role, as defined by the State Civil Service, can be found here.Job Duties and Other InformationJob Duties: 70%Clean and sanitize restroom and bathroom areas using established practices and procedure.Ensure all floors are swept, vacuumed, mopped and maintained in accordance with Master Cleaning Schedule as assigned.Refill all restroom dispensers to ensure adequate supply of paper products as assigned.Perform specialized floor maintenance and upkeep utilizing established protocols and industrial grade machinery.Act as the primary point of contact for the notification of janitorial supply inventory needs.20%:Complete all monthly, quarterly, and annual deep cleaning tasks identified in the Master Cleaning Schedule as assigned.10%:Perform other related duties as assigned.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
