As a Senior Consultant, you will have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables. We encourage career development and hiring for the long term. As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities, and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level.What You Will Need:Minimum three (3)+ years of prior experience in consumer banking as a consultant and/or in the industryBachelor's degreeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced challenging client focused environment where priorities and scope may change quicklyKnowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:Consumer Banking regulations and complianceOperational improvement and effectivenessTechnology strategy, governance, and effectivenessBusiness architecture and operating modelsBusiness process improvement and roboticsChange managementExcellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, tailoring communications to both clients and coworkersThe ability to travel up to 75% for client engagements, as requiredProficient in all Microsoft Office productsCreative problem-solving ability and a collaborative, consultancy mindsetFocus on exceptional quality in all deliverablesProven ability to successfully lead client service delivery teams that deliver the highest quality workDemonstrated positive and productive client relationship skillsAbility to generate a quality work product in a timely manner while maintaining a strong attention to detailExperience working on discrete, time sensitive projectsHigh-energy, positive, persuasive, and aptitude to lead by exampleWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Prior management consulting experience highly preferredCPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certificationsThe annual salary range for this position is $107,000.00-$178,000.00.
