The Analyst II Accounting position for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for various fixed asset and related accounting closing activities. Our goal is closing the books and reporting our financial results in a timely and accurate fashion. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Global Consolidations and North America Accounting and is part of the Finance and Accounting Organization located in Brea, CA and will be onsite in Brea, CA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Oversee cash processes, monitor transactions, and ensure all cash balances are accurate and up-to-date Prepare cash entries and related activities Prepare and process payroll costing entries and accruals analysis Prepare various account reconciliations and manage closing activities Prepare tax package supporting documents Assist with the preparation of audit PBC documents The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or closely related discipline and 2+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 0+ years experience General accounting experience It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Cash Accounting General Ledger accounting Working experience with accounting using Oracle, MS Office Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
