Studio ManagerBODY20, the fastest growing fitness concept in the US, is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our highest performing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.ResponsibilitiesThe Studio Manager works directly with Owner in support of studio operations and profitabilityProvide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and CoachesResponsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenanceAttend all directed monthly meetingsEnsure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budgetHost weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 biweekly meetings with each Sales Associate and CoachEnsure that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Past Due Account Procedures, Customer Care calls, etc.Plan, attend and promote 5-7 special events for the studio monthlyResponsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally soundQualifications2-5 years of Customer Service experience with proven results2-5 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industryNational fitness certification or degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology preferredBenefits/PerksCompensation includes competitive base pay and performance bonusesFree Studio MembershipProduct discountsPassionate, collaborative work environmentWho Are We?Most people know you only use 10% of your brain.
