The successful candidate will support the Head of Investor Relations, in addition to working closely with senior leadership.


More specifically, this person will be responsible for the management of all key communications to investors (e.g. deal announcements, quarterly reporting), marketing materials (e.g. pitchbook, Annual Meeting presentation), and miscellaneous investor requests; this person will work closely with the investment team members and the Finance team members to update these deliverables. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for staying current and tracking progress on the fund's portfolio developments.


The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include and not be limited to:

Project Management; Internal Communication & Investor Relations

• Active management with limited partner reporting and communications. Activities include:

o Transaction announcements (new deals, add-ons, exits, etc.)

o Develop and administer quarterly reports

o Accurate and timely completion of LP information and data requests outside of fundraises

o Meet with investors and provide updates or host diligence sessions when necessary (e.g., when other team members are traveling or unavailable)

o Maintain Limited Partner feedback loop with team members and the broader Investment team

o Assist with marketing and event planning, specifically the annual investor meeting

o Will work with the external Public Relations firm which helps with press releases, website management and maintaining the fund's digital presence

o Work with Fund’s Finance and Operation teams to identify and drive continuous improvement on systems, LP communication and reporting protocols

o Create, review and/or enhance various processes centric to investor communication and the Firm’s wider collateral marketing materials

o Partner with the internal ESG committee to develop, implement, and report on various ESG initiatives

• Fundraising Support- Play a key support role in the execution of the fundraising process, in collaboration with the team, including:

o Enhancing the production of fundraising materials (including PPM, collateral material, fund documentation, due diligence data, quarterly reporting etc.)

o Conducting data analysis and database management of key information related to existing and potential investors

o Supporting the due diligence process during fundraising and preparation of sophisticated analyses to support investor due diligence

o Overseeing and enhancing CRM database implementation and ongoing management

o Maintaining and engaging, as appropriate, existing Limited Partner relationships. There will be an opportunity for the successful candidate to develop new LP relationships

• Product Specialization and Co-Investments

o Monitor and develop a deep level of understanding of fund’s investments and activity within portfolio companies

o Act as liaison between deal partners and LPs for co-investment opportunities, including material development, tracking, and regular communication


Professional Experience/Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

o 3-5 years of professional work experience in private equity, investment banking, Big 4 consulting/accounting, placement agency, fund of funds, institutional investment management (i.e. Pensions, Endowments, etc.) and/or related field

o Relevant and successful project management experience, either in an in-house capacity and/or as a third- party placement agent, or in a transactions-oriented role

o Extensive experience working with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

o Quantitative proficiency in corporate finance (i.e. understanding investment committee memos, model outputs, returns analysis etc.)

o Comfortable with understanding and enhancing key infrastructure for a firm including processes, systems, operations

o Ability to maintain high standards of service excellence interfacing with clients / important external stakeholders

o A track record of maintaining high standards of service excellence with both existing clients and prospective investors

o Undergraduate degree from a top institution in Finance, Business, Economics or related field. CPA, CAIA, CFA designations are welcome but not required
