Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
  • Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories
  • Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce long-term market share
  • Develop a new product road map strategic plan to support product and category growth
  • Manage and oversee the sourcing and negotiation process


​Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain , Marketing or Engineering
  • Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
  • 5 years CPG chemical/ingredient buying experience
  • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Communicate go-to-market strategy to the organization, including cross-functional partners and senior leadership
  • Experience in supplier qualification and auditing process
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
