Our client is an aerospace & defense contractor seeking an experienced Business Analyst with experience in EPICOR to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, as well as implementing and configuring EPICOR software solutions to meet the needs of the business.


The Opportunity:

- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions

- Take ownership of data and constantly improve its quality and integrity; proactively identify data quality issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams and/or software provider to resolve any discrepancies.

- Develop and document business processes and workflows and analyze how the ERP, and new tools and solutions can be delivered to support those processes and workflows.

- Provide analytic support, including dashboard creation and management, basic descriptive and correlation analyses, visualization, and summarizations.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports

- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of EPICOR software solutions

- Provide training and support to end-users


What we are seeking:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis

- Extensive experience with Epicor software required.

- Must have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain process, and knowledge of Key Performance Indicators that drive manufacturing results.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Due to ITAR requirements all applicants must be US Citizens or permanent residents (ie Green Card holder)
