Job Description: The Public Affairs Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing an organizations public image through strategic communication and outreach efforts. This role involves developing and implementing communication strategies, engaging with various stakeholders, and promoting the organization's objectives to the public, media, and government entities. Responsibilities: Build and strengthen client's partnerships with key nonprofit and public education partners in southern California for our public education initiatives aligned with client Community. Represent our brand and company by evangelizing our commitment to improving road safety and accessibility, our experience, and our business/product approach through direct outreach to partners, as well as content creation (which may include blogs, videos, social media, etc.). Help design and execute events - both virtual and in-person - in support of our public education efforts. Contribute to client's overall public affairs strategy and objectives. Experience: 5 years of experience required bachelors degree. Relevant experience in the space of public affairs, public policy, marketing, and/or communications within government, nonprofit, transportation, or technology fields. Passionate and knowledgeable about emerging technologies and public affairs engagement. Strong digital skills with social media management experience. Collaborative and flexible team player with the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing and uncertain environment. J-18808-Ljbffr
