An Elite AM ranked law firm is currently looking to onboard a Mid-Level Corporate Tax Associate to their Tax group in Boston. This firm's tax group are known for providing practical, business-orientated advice in this highly technical area. Their reputation as trusted advisors is exemplified by their involvement in a wide range of the most complex and challenging matters, and they provide sophisticated U.S. and U.K tax advice on all aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions with lawyers based in both the U.S. and the U.K.
Experience:
The ideal candidate must have tax experience in a law firm working on complex matters and have some experience related to private investment fund formation and secondary transactions. Excellent academic and professional credentials with prior firm experience working on federal and state and local tax matters is also required, and you must be flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
