Located 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA, our client is a leading $8B+ manufacturer experiencing rapid growth This global organization is recognized for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, and is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team. The IT Delivery Manager will be responsible for spearheading all related information technology projects and related tasks and ensuring all projects meet company established deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a cross functional IT team including working directly with corporate IT staff, Accounting, Finance, and Operations
- Ensure the IT environment is operating at a 99.9% uptime
- Work with team members to ensure all documentation is prepared for internal and external audits
- Ensure all software is up to date and look for new ways to innovate existing software
- Train all direct reports on new and existing company software programs
- Work with outside vendors on assigned projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science required
- Previous experience with Epicor, Oracle, Web, client/server, network and disaster recovery is required
- Must have 10 years of design/support experience with end user services
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Must have previous vendor management experience
