Unlock your potentialJob Summary and QualificationsThe Meditech Consulting Coordinator WFH position is responsible for assisting practice leadership with on-going administrative support, routine operational tasks, project management assistance, and improvements. This position requires developing and maintaining relationships with employees, contractors, internal managers, and leadership. This position requires a high degree of completing tasks by determined deadlines and self-management.Collaborate with Professional Services, Recruitment Services, and Desktop Services on sourcing and onboarding tasksUtilizes the internal candidate applicant tracking system and vendor management software tools to assist with managing resourcesAssist with managing the contracts process to ensure all resources are active with appropriate data and documentationLead departmental onboarding orientation presentationsHelps new hires become acclimated to CereCore, MEDITECH Professional Services, and all clientsAssist with departmental communication using various platforms including MS Outlook and WebEx TeamsAssists with the onboarding process for all new hires including employees and contractors, which includes managing access to tools, devices, equipment, badges, and accessAssists with coordinating calendar invites, scheduling meetings, and coordinating eventsProvides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants and contractorsEmployee and contractor routine and yearly profile maintenanceProvide education publishing, in coordination with ManagersAssist with analyzing and trending status reporting for projectsAttend meetings, meeting minutes, and any additional project related assistanceConcur travel expense report approvalManagement of MEDITECH Alliance ProgramRegistration of candidates for new testing periodsResult management including tracking and updating certifications achieved by employeeScheduling of MEDITECH focus groups as neededMonthly reporting for management and leadershipMonthly communication to employees for testing dates and new certification opportunitiesAssist with any additional administrative tasksWhat qualifications you will need:Bachelor's DegreeFive or more years of relevant work experienceOther/Special Qualifications:Strong customer service orientationStrong written and verbal communication skillsCandidate must be detail-oriented and utilize critical thinking for problem solvingStrong organizational skills, strong time management skills, and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to quickly pivot to changing departmental needsBroad understanding of healthcare, business, and organizational decision-makingExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentProficient in MS Office products in SharePointAbility to actively engage, accountable, and able to take ownership to drive issue resolutionPlanning and project coordination skillsHCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
