Partnering closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and senior leadership, you will spearhead critical initiatives that integrate automation, streamline processes, and optimize compliance systems.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of compliance professionals to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee third-party due diligence, HCP engagement programs, and compliance systems.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks aligned with industry regulations, including FCPA and international anti-corruption laws.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance compliance metrics, reporting, and processes.
- Collaborate on pre- and post-M&A compliance due diligence and risk assessments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through automation and innovation.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in compliance/legal roles, with 5+ years in management.
- Deep knowledge of anti-bribery laws, medical device/pharma regulations, and industry compliance codes.
- Experience designing and implementing effective compliance programs and metrics.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong process orientation, business acumen, and ability to manage complex projects.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, JD) and relevant certifications (CHC, CCEP).
- Experience in regulated industries and engagement with government agencies.
