Due to expansion we have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our busy team Landscape Construction team.

Reporting to a Construction Manager this role will help to coordinate supervise and direct subcontracted labour on site to ensure that the project is completed on time within budget and also to a high quality standard.

What you youll achieve;

  • Day to day coordination and supervision of direct and subcontracted staff
  • Management and allocation of resources including plant equipment vehicles and materials
  • Overseeing drainage and civil works ensuring that all installations meet design specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting Construction Managers in line with our Health and Safety Quality and Environmental standards
  • Undertake safety and quality inspections and audits
  • Client communication and relationship building
  • Completing site inspections and maintaining site records
  • Driving outputs and motivating teams
  • Ensuring a high standard of work
  • Mentoring and coaching field team staff
