- 8x8 Contact Center Integration: Coordinate the integration of 8x8 contact center solutions with Polycomm phones, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Nutanix Virtualization: Oversee the virtualization infrastructure powered by Nutanix, maintaining high availability and performance for critical workloads.
- Office 365 Suite Management: Administer Office 365 Suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and other components, to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Cisco Nexus 9k: Manage Cisco Nexus 9k switches for reliable and high-speed networking within our environment.

- Domain Environment Management: Manage multiple domains and forests, including domain controllers, DNS, and Active Directory services.
