Principal Sales And Account ManagementThis role will build the account relationship with strategic Airline partners in NAM region. Your role will include managing & growing the relationship with our Airline partners, supporting existing solutions and services, manage the commercial relationships and revenue generation in cooperation with the Pre Sales, Product Management, Engineering and CSM teams in order to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and profitability. You will contribute in sustaining and growing the Sabre market share and revenues to achieve long-term success with our Customers.Manage strategic accounts by:Developing a solid and trusting relationship between the strategic Airline account(s) and Airline IT TeamsDevelops strategies and processes to ensure continuous prospecting activities and pipeline development for key prospective clients, sufficient to support achievement of sales targets and profitability goalsIdentifies, qualifies, and facilitate strategic customer sales opportunities to generate sales bookings that meet or exceed assigned goalsExercise leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills and forecasting abilitiesResolving strategic accounts(s) issues and complaintsManaging communications between strategic account(s) and internal Sabre TeamsRetain and grow existing market shares and revenues:Adopt a consultative selling approachIdentify specific requirements and expectations for existing clientsIdentify new opportunities and propose solutions to Airline partnersDevelop customized strategic account and account development plans for each Airline partnerManage all commercial matters related to accounts:Execute & process the operational requests received from Airline partnersEnsure that customers use Sabre technology in the best way & that established performance, productivity & service metrics are achievedCascade the information of new product & solution releases to customers in a timely mannerWork with IT Sales / Pre Sales Customer Product & Solutions and CSM teams to retain and grow IT portfolioOrganize regular business reviews for follow-up purposes and deep-dive sessions on specific itemsWork closely with Revenue Operations to get business cases approved for renewal and development of market shareMaintain a high level of understanding of the current product portfolio and benefits of specific products for each Airline partner.
