The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan at a highly strategic level and execute all Prestige Division initiatives.Drybar's journey started in 2010 with a simple philosophy, focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that's blow outs Following our initial Product launch at Sephora in 2013, Drybar has expanded into Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy's and Sak's in the US and Canada.Meeting monthly and quarterly goals in each retailerAchieving comp sales targetsWeekly Sales review with RegionalPlanning Meetings/Outsource activitySuccessful ExecutionAchievement of event goalDevelop a monthly Plan of Action in order to achieve sales targetsWeekly touch base with Regional to review all POA'sAchieve sales plan in focus doorsWeekly/Quarterly ReviewMonthly review of Freelance and T&E Budget maintenanceMust stay within the budget guidelines set.
