We are looking for an Associate Media Planner to join our growing team. This role will work on site in our Conshohocken office. As the primary executor of the media plan through a buying platform, the Associate Media Planner carries the responsibility of ensuring seamless implementation. Beyond execution, it involves close collaboration with leadership to craft comprehensive media strategies for all clients. Managing the execution across assigned clients is pivotal, ensuring each campaign meets its objectives effectively.


Supporting the media team extends beyond execution to encompass critical campaign logistics management, conducting valuable campaign research, and consolidating essential data analysis. Moreover, this role orchestrates specific media activities, manages schedules efficiently, and acts as a liaison between clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

  • Understand the media department's mission, vision, strategies, and objectives.
  • Support efforts contributing to company growth and success.
  • Assist in optimizing campaign plans for maximum impact and financial value.
  • Participate in the buying process, campaign execution, data aggregation, and target analysis.
  • Maintain account files, manage contracts, and update partner lists.
  • Assist in enhancing client satisfaction by supporting the delivery of exceptional campaigns.
  • Help drive efficiency through process streamlining and resource optimization.


Client Centric

  • Cultivate understanding of clients' brands, industry, goals, and challenges.
  • Learn about distinct identities and market positioning.
  • Participate in client and media partner calls, update project status, and build relationships.
  • Provide counsel and address feedback promptly.
  • Build rapport with media partners to safeguard clients' interests.
  • Take meticulous notes, send recaps, maintain status documents, and respond efficiently to client requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 0-2 years minimum experience working in an agency
  • Pharma Industry experience a plus


Required Skills

  • Demonstrates an enthusiastic appetite for continuous learning and a readiness to engage in diverse projects spanning various domains.
  • Displays a proactive attitude towards acquiring knowledge and honing skills across different media platforms, including a keen interest in understanding partner offerings and strategic planning methodologies.

  • Knowledge of media management & finance platform (Media Ocean - Prisma or equivalent) a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of and openness to learning: DoubleClick, Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics 4, Vivvix, and other self-service platforms
  • Using applications: Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides, Microsoft Word / Google Docs
